Richard Webster is an environmental consultant passionate about waste minimisation. He has an Economics and Policy background, is a Chartered Accountant and worked as an auditor specialising in the Energy and Construction sectors at KPMG in London for 3 years. Since arriving in New Zealand almost 5 years ago, Richard has worked for Contact Energy and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and is the treasurer of Kapiti Coast conservation and carbon offset planting group Nga Uruora. Richard is the Principal Consultant of Less Waste, an environmental consultancy that helps businesses reduce the waste being sent to landfill and improve recycling systems. 

In his free time, Richard enjoys cooking Spanish food for his family, organic gardening in his council allotment and making toys out of household rubbish for his two gorgeous boys, who he hopes will be Man United fans like him.
